The Solasna offers many educational modules.

In all our activities, we want to convey to our children and teenagers guests the passion for the mountain nature and the importance of mental well-being given by eating a healthy and well balanced food. Even the well-being of our animals is important, as well as the respect for the nature in all its forms.

Lets do toghether cheese and cottage cheese !!

From milk to cheese … and cheese ricotta.

The children will do, mix, cut and taste the curd.

And then with a little ‘magic becomes ricotta!

In the evening the children will eat their cheese and ricotta.

Reuse

Reuse, do not throw anything away!

Scour the separate collection and cans, bottles, jars and other recycled material to prepare beautiful intelligent toys, decorations for the room and for parties.

Doing the Gardener we learn!

Hands sow in the ground and learn to understand that plants and fruit that will give us the sow.

The children will bring home the jar and will take care of it by watering and observing changes.

Traditional and Natural Paintings!

With polenta flour, sunflower seeds, straw, hay, leaves etc … and hands in the glue of flour and water do some wonderful paintings with local products.

Half day with snack (12.00 EUR)

14.00 Arrival at the farm with a welcome snack (apple juice and biscuits)

14.30 Walk through the village and visit the animals of the farm and the orchard

15.30 Let’s roll up our sleeves and all work!

•We transform milk into cheese and ricotta

•We prepare breakfast or snack ?? Knead the biscuits or bread, peel fruits and transform them into jam

•With harvested apples of different colors make jams: Yellow with golden apple and red apple with stark

16:30 Snack with bread, butter and jam, biscuits and apple juice and flower syrups.
